Role Overview

We are looking for a

dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM)

who is passionate about sales, relationship-building, and driving growth in the cloud communication industry. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in

business development / SaaS / telecom solutions

and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the

Cloud Call Center & SaaS domain

Build strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to showcase CallerDesk’s value.

Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and support.

Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.

✅ Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience

in Business Development / Sales.

Preferred : Experience in

Cloud Telephony, SaaS, ITES, or Telecom industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver value-based solutions.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
