About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems Leader to lead the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge, deep-tech products. In this role, you will manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept through to commissioning, ensuring high-quality, reliable solutions that meet both customer requirements and industry standards. You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving collaboration and innovation while continuously improving processes for enhanced performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in embedded systems , hardware integration , sensors , and communication protocols , as well as proficiency in C , C++ , RTOS , and related embedded tools. Experience with AI / ML tools , IoT , and industry technologies like Industry 4.0 is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of industry regulations and standards. With over 10 years of relevant experience, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our embedded systems projects.

Responsibilities

Experienced leader in embedded systems and deep-tech product development

Manages complete product lifecycle : design, development, testing, debugging, installation, and commissioning

Delivers high-quality, reliable solutions aligned with customer requirements and industry standards

Leads and mentors engineering teams, fostering collaboration and innovation

Drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance

Skilled in embedded software, hardware integration, sensors, instrumentation, and communication systems

Proficient in C, C++, OOP, RTOS, and embedded system tools

Knowledgeable in low-power devices, long-life batteries, IoT, Industry 4.0, and communication protocols

Experienced with AI / ML tools

Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities

Well-versed in relevant industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

BE, BTech, ME, MTech, M.Sc, Ph.D. (ECE, EEE, E&I and other electronics branches)

More than 10 years of relevant experience
