Job Description :

This role will focus on application onboarding, platform enhancements, and day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate will have experience working with IAM platforms, DevOps tools, and automation frameworks to drive efficiency and reliability across our IAM services.

Lead and support onboarding of applications into the Saviynt platform, including connector configuration, entitlement mapping, and workflow setup.

Implement and maintain platform improvements, including automation scripts, performance tuning, and feature enhancements.

Manage and monitor operational activities, such as job executions, issue resolution, and system health checks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM services with enterprise systems.

Develop and maintain CICD pipelines for Saviynt configurations and deployments.

Create and maintain technical documentation for onboarding processes, platform configurations, and operational procedures.

Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for IAM-related issues.

Stay current with Saviynt product updates and industry best practices in IAM and DevOps.
