Social Media Marketing Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and digitally savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Executive . This role is perfect for a fresher who breathes social media, understands the latest trends, and is ready to execute strategies across major platforms. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, growth, and engagement of client social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Scheduling & Publishing : Manage the daily posting schedule across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) using scheduling tools, ensuring timely delivery of all content.
• Community Management : Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and mentions across all client channels in a timely and on-brand manner.
• Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on the latest social media features, algorithm changes, and viral trends, especially those relevant to the Kerala / Indian market, and suggest timely content adaptations.
• Performance Tracking : Assist in gathering data and creating reports on social media performance (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, etc.) to help inform future strategies.
• Campaign Execution : Support the SMM team in the execution of paid and organic campaigns, including basic ad setup and monitoring.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the content writers and your new designers to ensure the visual and written content aligns perfectly with the brand's voice and campaign objectives.
