Oracle Cloud Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Configure, implement and support key features of the platform including :
• Recruitment – candidate management and workflows.
• Learning – learning plans and course management.
• Talent Management – goal setting and performance reviews.
• Payroll (UK Payroll) – payroll configuration and compliance.
• Helpdesk – case management and SLA monitoring.
• Perform end-to-end testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide functional support and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Partner with technical teams for integrations and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
