Sales Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Indore. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the sales team in managing sales operations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams. Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, supporting sales activities, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the timely delivery of services to meet client expectations. Collaboration, problem-solving, and providing excellent customer service are central to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and supporting sales activities
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client needs and maintain positive relationships
• Organizational and time management skills to manage schedules and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and related sales tools is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
