We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Electric Vehicle (EV) powertrains to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of EV powertrain systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of mechanical components into the overall vehicle architecture. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of sustainable transportation technology and shape the future of electric mobility.

Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of mechanical components and systems for EV powertrains, including motors, transmissions, drivelines, and thermal management systems.

Conduct detailed analysis and simulation to optimize the performance, efficiency, and durability of powertrain components.

Collaborate with electrical engineers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical systems with electrical and control systems.

Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and DVP&R activities to ensure robustness and reliability of powertrain systems.

Evaluate and select materials, manufacturing processes, and suppliers for powertrain components.

Support prototype builds and testing, including validation testing and vehicle integration.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations related to electric vehicle powertrains.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;

Master's degree preferred.
