- Campaign Ownership & Content Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize email, LinkedIn, and social media campaigns.
- Own campaign calendars, content workflows, and execution timelines.
- Create, edit, and optimize content for blogs, landing pages, newsletters, and social posts.
- Run A/B tests and implement AI-driven personalization for subject lines, CTAs, and messaging.
- Collaborate with Design and Content teams to ensure brand consistency and performance-driven creatives.
- CRM Management & Performance Reporting
- Own CRM hygiene, lead lifecycle management, and campaign attribution.
- Track and optimize key KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, demos, pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, handoffs, and conversion rates.
- Research, Targeting & ABM Execution
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for global B2B audiences.
- Research and segment high-value accounts and personas including CXOs, CTOs, and HR leaders.
- Use AI tools for audience intelligence, lead scoring, and intent-based targeting.
- Support market and competitor research to refine messaging and positioning.
- Outreach, Nurturing & Engagement
- Own multi-channel outreach across email, LinkedIn, webinars, and virtual events.
- Design and optimize lead nurturing journeys to convert prospects into sales opportunities.
- Continuously improve personalization, follow-ups, and engagement strategies.
- Support event-driven and campaign-driven lead generation 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Demand Generation.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead qualification, and CRM workflows.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, social media campaigns, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Canva, ChatGPT, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive optimizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Experience or strong interest in AI-powered marketing tools and automation.
