Job descriptionStrong technical drawing and detailing skills. Creative mindset with excellent visualization abilities. Sound knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) or equivalent qualification. Minimum 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, handling residential and commercial projects, including high-rise developments. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office tools. Strong understanding of design coordination, statutory approvals, project execution, and architectural detailing.
Job Summary :
The role incumbent will be responsible to create and manage design coordination for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and coordinate BOQs, estimates, and design drawings.
- Review consultant drawings and ensure design and approval accuracy till the final stage.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams for project execution.
- Conduct site visits and manage on-site design implementation.
- Develop 3D views, concept sketches, and visualizations for projects.
