Designation - Senior Logistic Specialist
Key responsibilities : -
- Take complete ownership of B2B and B2C logistics – from order manifestation, dispatch, partner coordination, tracking, escalations, to return management.
- Handle courier partners independently – ensure SLAs are met, resolve issues without waiting for reminders.
- Manage CS escalations – provide timely updates to customer service teams without constant intervention.
- Proactively monitor shipments – anticipate delays, take follow-ups with partners, and report exceptions.
- Maintain a professional, solution-oriented attitude with accountability.
- Coordinate with courier partners
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
- Handle returns, re-shipments, and logistic escalations
- Maintain daily dispatch records, update inventory movement
- Coordinate with warehouse / fulfillment team
- Ensure smooth pickup & packaging schedules
- Work closely with customer support team to solve delivery-related issues
- Prepare logistic reports, COD status, NDR (non-delivery reports), etc.
Skills & Requirements :
Prior experience in logistics, shipping, e-commerce, or warehousing preferredGood communication in English, Hindi and Local LanguageComfortable using shipping dashboardsExcel / Google Sheets skillsCan talk to vendors and logistics teams confidently
