Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant based in Kochi. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for handling client travel requirements, making travel arrangements, managing reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves planning and organizing itineraries, booking air tickets, accommodation, and other travel services, providing support and advice to clients, and dealing with en-route changes effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Proficiency in making Travel Arrangements and managing Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to handle client inquiries and complaints
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the travel industry and familiarity with travel booking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
