We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in sales or relationship management.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Conduct cold calls and presentations to promote products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling relevant financial products.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.Skills Required
