Job Description

As AlgoQA Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training that enables learners to develop their skills and knowledge in automating testing using AlgoQA. You will be responsible for providing hands-on training to users and customers, creating and managing training schedules, and ensuring that the training programs are effective in achieving the desired learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on training and mentoring to users and customers to ensure they are able to automate testing using algoQA
Develop and execute training plans, schedules, and delivery methods that align with the needs of the learners and the organization.
Assess the effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in automation testing.
Develop training content, collaborate with technical writers to improve Wiki

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must have had experience in training content development and training delivery

At least 2-3 years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies. Knowledge of multiple automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, is a must

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to automation testing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with learners and stakeholders effectively at all levels.

A passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automation testing.
