Role Overview

This role goes beyond scaling numbers—it is about shaping a high-impact platform that touches millions of lives across the country. The Business Head will craft and execute the long-term vision, drive supply and demand at scale, strengthen operations, influence product evolution, and deliver breakthrough growth with a profitable business model.
The ideal leader will thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution, and building businesses that set new benchmarks in customer experience, scale, and profitability.
