Job Summary

The role involves supporting the Growth team by conducting engaging product demos for prospective customers, onboarding them to the AI Accountant platform, and ensuring successful activation and training for sustained product usage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demos for prospective and existing customers.
  • Onboard new users onto the AI Accountant platform, ensuring a smooth setup experience.
  • Drive product activation and guide customers through initial configurations.
  • Deliver product training sessions to help customers adopt key features effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback to continuously improve the demo and onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the Growth and Product teams to enhance customer experience.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interest in sales, customer success, and product-led growth.
  • Good-to-Have Skills

  • Basic understanding of SaaS products and workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.
