Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Rajkot for an Export Executive. The Export Executive will be responsible for managing export documentation, overseeing the export process, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves coordinating with clients to facilitate smooth import-export operations, contributing to sales activities related to international trade, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The candidate will collaborate effectively with teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and Import-Export processes
• Knowledge of International Trade policies and regulations
• Experience in Sales, particularly in export and international business contexts
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in using relevant software for documentation and communication
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the material handling equipment industry is an advantage
