Role

Responsibilities

• Electrical Systems Maintenance :
• Perform preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Inspect, test, diagnose, and repair electrical malfunctions within production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical components, including motors, control systems, and other related equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, devices, and equipment.
• Documentation :
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of electrical maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and calibration performed.
• Keep inventory of spare parts, tools, equipment, and supplies required for electrical maintenance work.
• Assist in drafting technical reports and documenting improvements to enhance electrical system performance.
• Safety and Compliance :
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while conducting electrical maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and address them promptly.
• Stay informed about industry standards, codes, and regulations related to electrical systems and ensure compliance.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Continuously monitor and evaluate electrical systems' performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Analyze electrical data, identify trends, and implement proactive measures to avoid issues.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical maintenance techniques and technology.
