Responsibilities :

Strategic Sales & Business Development : Identify and engage potential clients, including business leaders, CFOs, and CAs, to promote our tax and compliance solutions.

Consultative Selling : Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their financial and regulatory requirements.

GST Compliance Solutions : Lead business development efforts specifically for GST compliance software and related tax technology solutions, leveraging prior experience in this domain.

Market Expansion : Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.

Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,ensuring long-term partnerships.

Revenue Growth : Drive sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

Industry Expertise : Stay updated on financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance trends to effectively position our solutions.

Collaboration : Work closely with product teams to refine offerings based on market feedback.

Requirements

Experience : 10+ years in B2B sales, preferably in financial technology or enterprise SaaS solutions.

Product Knowledge : Exposure to tax compliance softwares and regulatory frameworks.

Finance Background : Strong understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and compliance frameworks.

Experience in selling financial technology solutions.

Established network within the finance and accounting industry.

Communication & Negotiation : Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with financial software, tax automation tools, and compliance

platforms.

Sales Acumen : Proven ability to sell to senior executives, business leaders, and finance

professionals.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
