Role Overview :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, smooth onboarding, and handling day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and attract candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed , and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate the selection process with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for internal hiring, ensuring timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Onboarding & Induction
Handle joining formalities including documentation, reference checks, and HR database entry.Conduct employee induction and ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.Coordinate with internal departments to set up new employees for success.3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Address everyday employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and coordination.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.Support the HR Head in implementing company policies and maintaining a positive workplace culture.4. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.Contribute to process improvements and HR best practices.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of hands-on HR experience with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and experience using job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Why Join ThePropertist?
