We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of two years of recruitment experience in the BFSI industry for a leading Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate must be an immediate joiner or have a maximum notice period of 30 days and must be fluent in Gujarati. This role requires frequent travel across Gujarat from a base location in Andheri, Mumbai, to manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making offers.
- Travel: Be prepared for frequent travel across Gujarat to support hiring needs.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Skills Required:
- A minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Must be fluent in the Gujarati language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
