Job Purpose
The role involves identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels such as social media, job portals, and professional networks. The individual will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and supporting workforce planning across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manpower planning strategies to meet hiring needs, ensuring timely availability of skilled resources for both onsite and offsite requirements.
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including direct hiring for senior-level roles.
- Create, review, and update job descriptions and role specifications.
- Evaluate candidates' technical skills, soft skills, competencies, and overall suitability.
- Conduct interviews using structured tools and methodologies within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with department managers to anticipate and plan future hiring needs.
- Prepare clear, analytical, and well-documented recruitment reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive hiring experience.
- Utilize traditional sourcing methods, strengthen networking efforts, and introduce innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare monthly hiring reports.
- Manage offer discussions and closures in line with company standards and candidate expectations.
Secondary Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to HR best practices.Monitor and improve recruitment metrics and ensure HR best practices are followed.Skills Required
