About the Role
The role involves overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition activities, ensuring effective recruitment strategies, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for End to End Talent Acquisition activities.
- Understanding the requirement from Plants / Marketing for various functions with respect to technical and general aspects.
- Sourcing of high Quality professionals through references and various job portals like Naukri.com etc.
- Source & evaluate profiles to ensure Compatibility to the requisition.
- Ensure and maintain applicant tracking systems, management reporting etc.
- Organize and co-ordinate information, Schedule, Feedback and Follow-up actions on profiles processed.
- Support Head Corporates HR for effective utilization of Referral Scheme across all location.
- Ensure on time background / Reference Check.
- Responsible for Salary Negotiations with respect to Organization Internal Parity.
- Ensure the Data base management of CV’s received from Vendors / Reference cases for future reference.
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
- Maintain complete Recruitment MIS and database of the profile sourced / interviewed / selected.
- Design and facilitate orientation programs (first day, first week).
- Create and update our employee handbook.
- Responsible and make sure New joinees has all the resources to perform the Job. (i.e. Place to sit / Stationary / JD and so on.)
- Support in implementing On-boarding SOP Policy and hand holding for the new joinees and maintain complete record for On-boarding.
- Maintain new hire record and monitor turnover.
- Ensure confirmation process for new Joinee is complete as per the SOP.
- Assist Talent Acquisition head in Manpower planning across all locations i.e. Marketing / Manufacturing.
- Take part in Yearly budget exercise and ensure its proper utilization.
- Assist Head – EE in Employee Engagement Activities by creating a culture and make people understand why we stand out as Organization.
- Assure and organize monthly Engagement activities as per the defined agenda.
- Assist Head -EE in conducting organization Health survey every year and present the findings and improvement plans to the Management.
- Insure the on-time implementation of Action plan / finding of the Health Survey.
Qualifications
MBA-HR from reputed B-School / university.10 to 15 years of experience in Manufacturing / engineering / shipping / port organization and have handled / worked in Corporate Setup for 5 Years.Required Skills
Well versed in Sourcing / Recruitment Strategy.Experienced in understanding human resource impact on business and Employees.Possess the confidence and maturity to interact at senior management levels.Should be well informed with new HR Tools / Strategies.Seasoned in team management.Excellent Organization skills.Excellent Communication Skills.Training
Experience in Training activities.Knowledge of Training needs analysis.```
