Were hiring a DevOps Lead with 10+ years of experience to lead and scale our DevOps / Platform Engineering team (currently 5 engineers). This is a hands-on leadership role where youll drive infrastructure strategy, build a secure and scalable platform, and enable rapid product Description :

Role : Devops Lead.

Reporting to : Sr VP Technology.

Location : Youll Do :

  • Lead the design and evolution of our AWS-first cloud infrastructure (EKS, VPC, IAM, Terraform, etc.)
  • Build and operate Kubernetes platforms, CI / CD pipelines, observability tooling, and internal developer workflows.
  • Drive SRE practices : define SLAs / SLOs, set up alerting / on-call, manage incidents.
  • Champion automation, security, and reliability across the stack.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and product to support scale and delivery velocity.
  • Contribute to our multi-cloud readiness as we Looking For :
  • 10+ years in DevOps / SRE / Infra roles, with 3+ years leading teams or projects.
  • Deep experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI / CD systems, and Terraform.
  • Strong focus on security, automation, observability, and scalability.
  • Familiarity with other clouds (GCP, Azure), GitOps (ArgoCD), FinOps, or platform engineering is a big plus.
