SR Automated QA Engineer

Aquinas Consulting is currently looking to fill a Senior QA Engineer job for our direct client in Hyderabad, IN. In this role, you will work closely with the software development team to test new products, ensuring quality across embedded devices, hardware, and cloud-connected systems. You will be responsible for developing test strategies, building and maintaining automation frameworks, creating test cases, and troubleshooting issues across the full product lifecycle—from concept to production. This position requires strong automation expertise, hands-on embedded testing experience, and the ability to collaborate with teams across global time zones.

Senior QA Engineer Job Responsibilities :

• Analyze system requirements and develop software test designs based on those requirements
• Take ownership of automation framework development and test strategy creation
• Produce test cases for both high-level and detailed requirements
• Perform manual and automated testing across embedded devices, hardware, and cloud systems
• Conduct post-migration smoke testing and end-to-end validation
• Create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts
• Collaborate with project management teams locally and overseas, as well as customers across global locations
• Support the entire system testing process, ensuring compliance with SDLC methodologies
• Provide detailed documentation of test results, defects, and resolutions
