Job Title : Sales Director (Middle East & Mumbai OR Chennai.

Experience Required : 12+ years.

Travel Requirement : Up to 40% international travel.

Position Overview :

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead and expand our business presence across the Middle East and Africa.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing senior-level client relationships, driving strategic sales initiatives, and delivering large-scale managed services solutions.

This role requires strong consultative selling capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate technical offerings into compelling business value propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture senior-level relationships with customer organizations, positioning the company as a trusted business partner.
  • Business Development : Identify, develop, and close opportunities in Managed Services, covering manpower, processes, applications, and automation solutions.
  • Consultative Selling : Engage in solution-oriented discussions with clients to align technical offerings with their business objectives.
  • Contract Management : Understand and negotiate relevant technical, commercial, and legal clauses in complex, multi-layer contracts with customer organizations.
  • Portfolio Management : Manage a sales portfolio exceeding USD 5 million, ensuring growth and profitability.
  • Market Expansion : Drive sales strategies and execution plans for ME & Africa regions, leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful contract execution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in Managed Services or Telecom / IT services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build C-level relationships and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and creating strong business cases for complex technical solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technical, commercial, and legal aspects of multi-tier contracts.
  • Experience managing large-scale sales portfolios (USD 5M+).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%.
