Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Corporate Sales and Marketing Trainer based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility of occasional remote work. The trainer will conduct sales and corporate training sessions, design and implement effective sales strategies, and guide teams in mastering sales processes to achieve organisational goals. Responsibilities also include delivering customer service training sessions, evaluating team performance, and ensuring best practices in sales and customer engagement are consistently applied across the organisation. The training programs are primarily aimed at engaging and boosting the performance of both existing sales team members and newly onboarded professionals. The trainer will play a crucial role in integrating new members while upskilling the current team to achieve business growth.
