About Role : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and take the lead in managing projects for our E-commerce service clients . As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities : Client Relationship Management Act as the main point of contact for our E-commerce service clients, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Understand clients' business objectives and needs, and effectively communicate them to the project team.

Project Planning and Execution Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Resource Management Allocate resources, including team members and third-party contractors, effectively to each project.

Monitor and manage resource allocation to optimize project outcomes.

Risk Management Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact.

Proactively address any project-related issues as they arise.

Reporting and Documentation Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders.

Quality Assurance Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations.

Conduct thorough testing and quality control checks as required.

Financial Management Monitor project financials, including budget tracking, invoicing, and expenses.

Work to maximize project profitability.

Continuous Improvement Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field ( Master’s degree preferred ).

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the E-commerce industry .

Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, technologies, and digital marketing .

Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Proficient in project management software and tools .

Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
