Senior Qa Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who is passionate about quality, thrives in challenging environments, and has strong analytical and debugging skills to help us deliver outstanding products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute QA efforts across Access Points, Controllers, Cloud, On-Prem, and IoT projects, from feature inception to production release, ensuring end-to-end quality coverage.
• Optimize regression test plans for solution-centric execution to maximize efficiency, reduce redundancy, and ensure comprehensive coverage of integrated system use cases.
• Embrace AI-driven testing approaches to modernize QA processes, improve product quality, and enhance efficiency across automation, analytics, and defect prediction.
• Review Feature Requests (FR / PRED), Functional Specs (FS), and High-Level Designs (HLD) for testability and completeness.
• Prepare, review, and own comprehensive test plans, ensuring adequate coverage for functional, scale, regression, and solution testing.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks (preferably in Python) to ensure continuous quality.
• Perform in-depth debugging and root cause analysis for defects across multiple system layers (UI, backend, network protocols).
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality gates are met in CI / CD pipelines.
• Participate in performance and scalability testing to validate system behavior under stress.
• Drive test data preparation, environment setup, and tool creation for effective test execution.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and review their work to ensure quality and consistency.
