Key Responsibilities :

• Software Asset Lifecycle Management : Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle for software assets, ensuring visibility from procurement to retirement.
• Tool Administration & Optimization : Configure and manage Zylo, OpenLM, and other asset management tools to onboard applications, monitor usage, and automate license reclamation where appropriate.
• Data Governance & Accuracy : Validate, normalize, and reconcile data from multiple sources (e.g., Zylo, OpenLM, SAP GL, Coupa, contract management systems) to maintain a single source of truth.
• Automation & Workflow Development : Create scalable workflows for usage monitoring, renewal tracking, license reclaiming, and compliance alerts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with IT, Procurement, Finance, Security, and business units to align on software asset data, budgeting, compliance, and governance.
• Reporting & Insights : Build structured reporting and dashboards to support optimization, audits, vendor negotiations, and executive decision-making.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement best practices for software asset management, license optimization, and data stewardship.
