eCommerce Lead - Shopify

We are seeking an experienced and passionate E-Commerce Lead to join our team in Trivandrum.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a drive to deliver scalable, high-performing eCommerce solutions.

You will lead a talented team to innovate and optimize eCommerce platforms, ensuring excellent user experience and business Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team to successfully deliver innovative and scalable eCommerce projects.
• Work extensively with popular eCommerce platforms like BigCommerce and Shopify, leveraging their APIs and customization features.
• Develop and maintain frontend solutions using modern technologies such as React, JavaScript, and third-party integrations.
• Drive initiatives related to User Experience (UX), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and overall platform performance enhancements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, design, marketing, and QA in an Agile environment.
• Oversee code quality, architectural decisions, and deployment pipelines to ensure high standards of software delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovation to the eCommerce Experience & Skills :
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce development with at least 2 years in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Proven expertise in BigCommerce (Stencil framework, GraphQL, APIs) and / or Shopify (Liquid templating, Storefront APIs).
• Strong frontend development skills, particularly with React and JavaScript.
• Experience with third-party integrations and API-driven architectures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
• Exposure to headless eCommerce platforms and architectures is an added advantage
