Position Summary :
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UI / UX Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency or fast-paced design environment and possess a deep understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, motion graphics, and interactive UI animations. As a Senior UI / UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, scalable, and high-performance digital experiences for web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
User Research Experience Strategy :
- Conduct user research, surveys, and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points, needs, and behaviors.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to inform design decisions.
- Perform heuristic evaluations to identify usability gaps and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously refine designs and enhance user experience.
UX Interaction Design :
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on user feedback.Develop design systems and style guides to ensure design consistency and scalability across products.Ensure adherence to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best usability practices.UI Motion Design :
Design visually appealing interfaces with a focus on clarity, typography, and interaction design.Implement GSAP animations, micro-interactions, and motion graphics to engage users.Create interactive prototypes that demonstrate UI animations, transitions, and user interactions.Basic Qualifications
Master s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar UI / UX design role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced design environment.Solid portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills, including UX research, wireframing, interaction design, and motion graphics.Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and user insights to stakeholders.Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Figma, Axure, etc.) and design systems.Preferred Qualifications
Strong proficiency in UI / UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI / UX design.Experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle, or similar).Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, managing multiple design projects.Knowledge of web and mobile accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.Experience in designing for both desktop and mobile-first experiences.Skills Required
