About Us :

  • We are a fast-growing B2C fruits & veggies startup, revolutionizing the way fresh produce reaches consumers through our network of packing stations.
  • As we scale, we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager - Packing Station Expansion to lead the setup and operational readiness of new packing stations.

Key Responsibilities :

Real Estate Negotiation & Warehouse Onboarding :

  • Identify and negotiate leasing deals with property owners.
  • Ensure cost-effective and strategically located warehouse acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize rental agreements.

    • Warehouse Infrastructure Development :

  • Oversee electrical and civil work for warehouse activation.
  • Manage procurement and outsourcing for infrastructure setup.
  • Supervise installation of heavy DG sets, racks, PPD tables, and IT equipment.
  • Ensure warehouses are fully equipped as per expansion timelines.

    • Procurement & Vendor Management :

  • Source and manage suppliers for essential warehouse equipment.
  • Oversee procurement of pallets, crates, packaging materials, and marketing collateral.
  • Establish outsourcing partnerships with third-party service providers.

    • Maintenance & Operational Readiness :

  • Ensure warehouse assets remain operational with zero breakdowns.
  • Manage repair and maintenance services, securing AMC contracts.
  • Conduct audits to evaluate supplier performance and cost-risk analysis.
  • Implement performance metrics and quality certification checks.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse infrastructure, procurement, or real estate negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and civil work.
  • Hands-on experience in procuring heavy industrial equipment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in contract management, BOQ preparation, and vendor sourcing.
