Job descriptionLead frontend development efforts and provide technical guidance to team members Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security standards Mentor and support junior developers to enhance team capabilities Work closely with product managers, UX / UI designers, backend developers, and QA teams Translate business requirements into technical frontend solutions Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and release cycles Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive UI implementation Optimize frontend performance and maintainability Troubleshoot and resolve UI and frontend-related issues Maintain technical documentation related to frontend architecture and processes Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC Proficiency in Razor Views, Partial Views, and Layouts Hands-on experience with React.js Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery Experience with Bootstrap or equivalent CSS frameworks Familiarity with RESTful API integration Experience using Git or other version control systems Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development practices Demonstrated experience leading frontend or UI teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables B.Tech CS / IT , MCA Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience working on enterprise-scale applications Opportunity to lead frontend architecture in a structured corporate environment Exposure to both traditional MVC and modern React-based applications Collaborative work culture with clearly defined processes Competitive compensation and long-term career growth

Frontend Architecture & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain frontend architecture using ASP.NET MVC and React.js
- Own the implementation of Razor Views, Layouts, Partial Views, and reusable UI components
- Define and enforce frontend standards, coding guidelines, and best practices
- Ensure seamless integration between frontend components and backend services
