Java & Angular Developer

Job Purpose / Summary :

Design and develop robust, scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (Any Version).

Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.

Drive architectural decisions, system design, and integration strategies.

Oversee CI / CD pipeline, manage deployments, and contribute to DevOps improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Assign and track tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery in agile sprints.

Conduct performance reviews and support team members’ growth and skill development.

Key Performance Indicators :

Own the delivery timeline, manage risks, and ensure scope compliance.

Qualification :

BTech / BE, BSC IT, MSC, BCA, MCA

Functional Skills / Competencies :

Ability to work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, UX / UI Designers, and Business Analysts.

Translate business requirements into technical tasks and solutions.

Ensure alignment between technical decisions and business goals.
