Let us build this, together.This is an exciting role and would entail you to : Finalize consideration sets, help Analyst / Sr. Analyst to craft RFPs and work with the team to review all proposals from publishers / vendorsLead and oversee Analyst / Sr. Analyst to ensure campaign readiness to launch, campaigns are executed with excellence and plans stay within approved budgetKeep abreast of industry trends and assist in knowledge sharing across the team and agencyLead the creation of POVs where necessary of new opportunities and / or vendor updates along with the ManagerAssist in reconciliation of discrepant billing issuesServe as an escalation point for Analyst / Senior Analyst to help troubleshoot operational issuesLead by example while developing, motivating, and coaching the Analyst / Senior Analyst.This may be the right role for you if you have : 6 to 9 years of experience in digital campaign management and managing a teamExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPointProficiency with Prisma and 3rd party ad serversAbility to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressureExcellent time management skillsStrong leadership.
