Description

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, maintaining desktop environments, and ensuring efficient operation of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new equipment and software installations.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and keep records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Respond to support requests in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and solutions.
