ABOUT THE ROLE
The Area Manager – Expansion plays a critical role in the growth marketing function of the Expansion team. This role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition by developing and executing data-driven marketing and sales strategies. The position involves building a strong pipeline, conducting impactful product demos, closing high-value deals, and enabling a seamless transition to operations – all aimed at delivering LEAD’s mission of excellent education for every child.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience : 4–6 years of experience in EdTech or other industries, particularly in B2B, institutional, or corporate solution sales. Demonstrated top quartile performance with formal recognition. Strong ability in sales pipeline management, lead generation, contract negotiation, and client onboarding.
Educational Background :
Graduate in B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc, or MBA
Technical & Functional Skills :
- Proficient in CRM tools
- Skilled in product pitching, stakeholder management, and academic solution selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficient with multiple technologies
