To deliver systems / components design / development from concept to delivery from specification, through analysis, testing and development, to engineering sign-offCreate system and component specifications and design (cascaded from product engineering / programme targets) using the relevant analysis tools to support data driven design decisionsExperienced on engine components design like crankshaft; Piston, ring pack, pin, clips, connecting rod, small and big end bearings, crank, main bearings, thrust washers, crankshaft damper; bushings, chains, belts, tensioners, guides for off Highway Engine using UG NXExperience on Team Centre is preferredPrepare and maintain engineering release and change documentsKnows, follows and uses the design standard documents, DFMEA, PPAP, DVP, Control Plan & GD&TCo-ordinate DVP tests / analyseResolve engineering issues using recognised methodologiesCoordination with other functional areas, such as programme teams, purchasing, quality, plant operation team / other development teamsWork in a simultaneous engineering environment to support the development plan, ensuring design for manufacture and assemblyGood communication skill having ability to provide clear communication and support to all customers, engineering teams and suppliersWork with suppliers to deliver prototypes and PPAP parts to schedule, meeting quality and performance requirementsCommunicate lessons learned, propose design guide / process updatesManage suppliers via APQP processWorked in the area of Diesel Engine Design preferably Off highway machinesRequired
