[15h Left] Manager Human Resources Business Partner

Purpose of the Role

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving the people's agenda across the Hyderabad & Tamil Nadu regions (approx. 500–600 employees).

This role is key to enhancing organizational capability, executing HR strategies that enable employee growth and development, and delivering an exceptional employee experience — building a culture that truly makes us a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the People Agenda for assigned business units, ensuring seamless execution of HR priorities and initiatives.
• Partner with business and leadership teams to identify people priorities and design interventions that foster a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
• Lead talent management and development efforts, including capability-building initiatives, succession planning, and performance management.
• Provide day-to-day HR consultation to managers on people-related matters such as performance, engagement, and employee relations.
• Address and resolve complex employee issues in collaboration with line managers and business heads, ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Leverage data and people analytics to monitor workforce metrics, attrition trends, and succession pipelines — driving proactive action plans.
• Communicate effectively across internal channels to promote policies, benefits, and people programs that enhance engagement and retention.
