Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution / Technical Architect with strong expertise in open-source technologies.

The ideal candidate will design, architect, and oversee the implementation of large-scale, high-performance, and secure platforms leveraging Java, Node.js, and microservices architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and own the technical architecture for enterprise-grade, scalable solutions on open-source platforms.
• Lead the design of microservices-based architectures, ensuring modularity, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive performance tuning strategies for high-volume, low-latency platforms.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices, compliance requirements, and secure coding standards.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams to establish cloud-native solutions (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Evaluate and adopt open-source frameworks, libraries, and tools to optimize solution design.
• Mentor developers and enforce coding, testing, and architectural standards.
• Conduct proof of concepts (PoCs) for new frameworks and approaches.
