Senior Recruiting Operations Specialist

Job Summary :

This role is responsible for overseeing high-volume recruiting activities, working across regions, and delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end coordination support for recruiters, schedule interviews with precision, and maintain recruiting systems with accuracy.

Main Responsibilities :

• Manage interview scheduling while ensuring excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline interview logistics
• Update and maintain recruiting systems (Workday, ATS, iCIMS, Lever, etc.) with accuracy
