Principal Architectural Designer

Job Title : Architectural Design Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Architectural Design Manager to lead our design team. The successful candidate will oversee the architectural design process from concept to completion.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
• Collaborate on in-house requirements of design / planning, providing necessary design inputs in required formats as requested.
• Prepare 2D-3D designs in AutoCAD / Sketchup, presentation drawings, and working drawing details as needed.
• Review schematic & working drawings for accuracy and quality. Coordinate with consultants for timely delivery.
• Coordinate daily tasks, including regular follow-ups with all external and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with the execution team to ensure drawing delivery from all consultants aligns with project schedule requirements and highlight potential bottlenecks.
• Participate in site visits and field inspections (as required) to ensure project quality and compliance.
• Support project documentation and administration tasks as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company-defined guidelines and processes.
