We are a leading manufacturing company engaged in global trade. To strengthen our logistics and compliance team we are seeking an experienced Import & Export Documentation Executive who can efficiently handle end-to-end documentation and coordination for international shipments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare verify and manage import & export documentation in line with customs and regulatory requirements.

Check and follow up on CHA (Customs House Agent) filing and ensure accuracy of documents.

Coordinate with customers freight forwarders and internal teams to arrange required shipping documents.

Maintain proper filing and systematic arrangement of all shipping and customs documents.

Monitor shipments track documentation status and ensure timely clearance.

Handle queries related to customs shipping and export documentation.

Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and trade regulations.

Requirements

Graduate in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain Management.

3 6 years of relevant experience preferably from the manufacturing industry .

Strong knowledge of import / export documentation customs procedures and CHA processes.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.

Detail-oriented organized and able to work under deadlines.
