Job description

Position : Architectural Draughtsman

Experience : 5 - 8 years

CTC : ₹5 – 6 LPA

Location : Mylapore, Chennai

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drawing, real estate projects, and be proficient in CAD and design software. You will play a key role in translating conceptual designs into technical drawings and supporting project execution across all stages.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and modify architectural drawings and technical documentation.
Assist in design development in coordination with senior architects and project teams.
Conduct site visits and prepare detailed site reports.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for project coordination.
Support the preparation of presentations, 3D models, and visualizations.

Preferred Skills :

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong technical knowledge of construction and detailing.

Familiar with real estate development processes.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualifications :

B.Arch or equivalent qualification.

Experience in real estate or large-scale residential / commercial projects is preferred.
