Contract Period : 1 year, extendable.
Shift : 11 am to 8 pm IST.
An SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant designs, implements, and supports the SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 module, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
This role involves configuring systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and potentially managing integration with other SuccessFactors modules.
The consultant must be certified in Onboarding 2.0 and have experience with the module's features, processes, and best practices.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 -3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, including full-cycle implementations.
- Strong understanding of Onboarding 2.0 architecture, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors configuration tools and processes.
- Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related areas is a plus.
- Experience working in a project environment, ideally with Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of business processes and how Onboarding 2.0 can support them.
- SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0
Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end implementations of Onboarding 2.0, including configuration, testing, and go-live support.Configure onboarding panels, forms, tasks, and business rules within SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.Ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting (RCM), and potentially with external systems.Provide ongoing support for the Onboarding 2.0 module, resolving issues and addressing user questions.Collaborate with project teams, client stakeholders, and other consultants to deliver successful implementations.Document configurations and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and future maintenance.Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing clear explanations of the Onboarding 2.0 solution and its benefits.Apply industry best practices and SuccessFactors' recommended practices for Onboarding 2.0 implementations.(ref : hirist.tech)
