Job Summary :

GIVA is seeking an experienced Retail HR Business Partner (HRBP) to drive HR initiatives and support the retail team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail HR management, with proven experience in team handling, attrition control, and employee retention strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with business objectives to enhance employee engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as a strategic HR partner for the retail business, collaborating with store managers and regional heads to address workforce challenges.

Develop and implement employee retention strategies to reduce attrition and enhance engagement.

Monitor and analyze attrition trends and develop action plans to improve employee satisfaction.

Work closely with the business leaders to identify training and development needs and implement learning initiatives.

Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.

Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement programs and grievance handling mechanisms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR best practices tailored to the retail industry.

Qualifications & Skills :

Proven experience in team management, employee engagement, and attrition control.

Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance in the retail domain.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple HR functions effectively.
