Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for our US IT Staffing division. You will identify, acquire, and grow new business opportunities across the US market while managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure. This role requires strong knowledge of US staffing processes and the ability to build lasting partnerships with end clients, prime vendors, tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development and Lead Generation : Identify prospective clients across the US. Execute outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, and events.
- Client Acquisition and Sales Cycle Management : Manage the complete sales cycle, deliver presentations, create proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Vendor and Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with decision-makers and understand their hiring needs to offer suitable staffing solutions.
- Requirement Management : Understand detailed staffing needs for C2C, C2H, and W2.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT staffing or business development.Strong understanding of US staffing models, visa categories, and client types.Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Educational background in business or IT preferred.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with end clients, prime vendors, tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners.Familiarity with staffing portals and recruitment tools.Knowledge of US employment laws and compliance.Degrees such as BCA or B.Tech preferred.Work Schedule and Location
