Mandatory Skillsets / qualification / requirements :
Configuration support for at least 2 clients handled on AMS model for Workday HCM
Experience in Business Process setup
General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
Good understanding of Workday Security
Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
Good to Have Skillsets :
Implementation / Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these
Experience in configuration support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management
Responsibilities :
Work independently or with Team Lead and / or Project Manager to participate in configuration support
Gather requirements and prototype the configuration changes
Maintain continuously and support current Business Processes and Setup data by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
Work in a team of workday configuration and integration analysts and contribute to requirements engineering and craft technical specifications.
Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.
Ensure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports / dashboards.
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
