Who are we looking for

We are looking for a Tech PMO / Technical Program Manager to join an ongoing technology transformation engagement led by a global consulting firm supporting a government entity in Bangladesh .

The project involves overseeing the development of a complex, large-scale web application designed to streamline workflows, business rules, and data management for multiple user groups.

The ideal consultant will bring strong technical architecture and development expertise — especially in containerized, microservices-based applications — and play a critical role in reviewing system design, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring end-to-end technical soundness.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the technology workstream for a high-performance, web-based application.
• Conduct detailed reviews of solution architecture, system design, and integration frameworks .
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve architecture and implementation bottlenecks .
• Ensure adherence to best practices in application performance, scalability, and security .
• Coordinate with client technology teams and consulting firm experts to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress and maintain alignment with overall timelines and objectives .
