Broker Relations : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with B2B brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients. Sales Cycle Management : Own the entire sales process—from initial lead generation and conducting property site visits to delivering compelling presentations and securing deal closures. Client Management : Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain high client satisfaction. Market Intelligence : Stay informed on property rates, competitor activities, and industry trends. ✅ We're Looking For Experience is Key : Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial). Communication Mastery : Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Target Achiever : A self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented approach with a history of meeting sales targets. Language Fluency : Must be fluent in both English and Hindi.
